Our university hopes to establish a communication channel between faculty, staff, and the university through the grievance system. If faculty or staff have any dissatisfaction, complaints, or feel that they have been treated unfairly, they can respond and seek resolution through a designated channel and process. To protect the rights of faculty and staff, strengthen communication, enhance campus harmony, and fulfill the educational mission, our university has established the Faculty Grievance Review Committee and Staff Grievance Review Committee to handle grievance cases related to the rights of faculty and staff, including salary issues. In the 2022 academic year, one faculty grievance case was accepted, and the committee ruled that the grievance was justified. Additionally, there was one staff grievance case and one re-appeal case, both of which were dismissed by the Staff Grievance Review Committee.
