11.4.7) Local authority collab. re: planning redevelopment
Work with local authorities to address planning issues and development, including ensuring that local residents are able to access affordable housing

The university cooperates with the local community to carry out environmental planning with the Tamsui community as its service object. The relevant actions are as follow:
1. Art Tour Secret Land: Assist the Tamsui Chi Po-Lin Foundation by rearranging and re-planning the plaza behind.
2. Art Tour Micro-Environment: Assist Tamsui XingRen Elementary School in planning the surrounding learning path, and lead students to utilize wooden structures in the "Tectonics". Students were led to participate in the planning discussion and competition of the Taipei City Social Housing previously.
3. In 2019, Tamkang and the Tamsui Street Art and Painting Promotion Association participated in the project "New Taipei City Community planner" to take stock of idle small corners of the block. From January to March 2019, many spaces were organized, redecorated, built to become elder-friendly corners, and arranged into a systematic cultural and landscape living district.
