Undertake actions to promote more sustainable commuting

The Red 28 bus route will move its starting point into the center of the Tamsui campus, providing a more convenient opportunity for faculties and students to board; the New Taipei City Government Transportation Bureau has set up a Ubike shared bicycle station next to the gate of Shuiyuan Street, free of charge within 30 minutes, providing a more economical choice to travel to and from Tamsui MRT Station or the Light Rail Tamkang University Station. Tamkang signed an electric locomotive battery exchange station with Gogoro in October 2019. It is supported by faculties, students, and residents. More than 5,000 people utilize this resource a month and Gogoro later applied to increase the use of electricity from 15kva to 35kva.
