Prioritise pedestrian access on campus

    A dedicated pedestrian area is set up on the Tamsui campus and all types of vehicles are prohibited to ensure that pedestrians have priority in space rights; a small restaurant is set up next to the pedestrian area to encourage and increase living functions to create an excellent resting environment.
