11.4.3) Allow remote working
Promote or allow telecommuting or remote working for employees as a matter of policy or standard practice, or offer a condensed working week to reduce employee commuting

1. Tamkang cooperates with the various measures announced by the relevant government authorities, maintains the health of faculty and staff, avoids group infection, and ensures the quality along with the promotion of teaching work and political business. The university also formulates the contingency measures for faculty and staff in response to COVID-19 .
2. During the period from July to August each year, the weekly working hours of the university are condensed into 28 hours.
3. In response to the development of the COVID-19 epidemic this year, the university promoted relevant measures to study. More than 270 multimedia classrooms, language practice classrooms, and other special classrooms in the districts are all equipped with synchronous video software MS teams, which can be used by teachers to use the computer to teach. It is supplemented by course lectures and remote teaching so that students who are unable to attend school due to the epidemic may participate in the teaching through distance learning; handling more than 20 simultaneous and asynchronous remote teaching platform operational lectures.
