The university currently has a total of 1,316 full-time faculty and staff with 638 and 678 men and women respectively. Among them, there are 99 full-time professors are appointed as second-level or higher supervisors, 68 and 31 male and female supervisors respectively; 53 full-time employees are appointed second-level or higher supervisors, 13 and 40 male and female supervisors respectively. It shows that the university fully attaches to the importance of gender equality in the workplace development opportunities and guarantees gender equality in salary.
