Recognise unions and labour rights (freedom of association and collective bargaining) for all, including women and international staff
Tamkang has established a platform for direct-communication between faculties and staff. For instance, the first labor-management conference was established on June 22, 2017, with 5 labor and management representatives for a term of 4 years and a meeting once every 3 months. Through the assembling of labor-management meetings, communications between labor and management are enhanced and the consensus is achieved in terms of coordinating labor-management relations, labor conditions, labor welfare planning, and work efficiency improvements. The rights and interests of employees and the cooperation between labor and management may be fully protected.
