    The university strictly abides by the national law (Employment Service Act) to eliminate unlawful discrimination to ensure equal job opportunities. The salary of the university's faculty and staff is based on the calculation standard table of Tamkang University's faculty salary and allowance, and the standard table of salary and allowance for contracted employees of Tamkang University. Men and women have the same position and the basic salary ratio is 1:1.
