Provide free public access to open spaces and green spaces
In order to implement campus parkland and campus gardens, the Tamsui campus has been a non-walled campus ever since the beginning. Visitors may enter and exit freely in this open community. From morning to evening, it is common for community residents to use this beautiful environment in the university for recreational activities or sports. The Lanyang campus is open for visitors to exchange their identification and visit every day from 8 am to 6 pm; various speeches and activities held on the campus are also open to the public to participate free of charge.
