11.4.3) Allow remote working
Promote or allow telecommuting or remote working for employees as a matter of policy or standard practice, or offer a condensed working week to reduce employee commuting.
Tamkang University values staff welfare, providing a two-week holiday during the winter break and a one-week vacation during the summer break. Additionally, during the summer months of July and August, weekly working hours are reduced to 28 hours, which is 12 hours less than the statutory weekly work hours.
