The university actively promotes energy efficiency and clean energy through energy efficiency assessment and relative conferences. The relevant actions are as follow:
1. Energy Efficiency Evaluation: The university's Champion Incubation Center provides assessments of energy-use efficiencies to those that are operating companies and offers free consultations. The manufacturer ,Monster Environmental Technology Co. Ltd has established a demonstration field under the guidance of the university’s Champion Incubation Center. Local wastes such as soybean sediments and sludge that may not be processed are provided to the company for the blackwater horsefly to consume. Blackwater horsefly not only decomposes the waste listed above, but it can also be used to feed livestock and as plant fertilizers in the agriculture aspect. In terms of business, it may be used to produce facial masks, which processed some of the pollution sources discarded by factories and created value-added products.
