    The salaries of the faculty and staff of the university are calculated following the "Standard Table for Calculating Salaries and Allowances for Faculty and Staff of Tamkang University" and the "Standard Table for Salaries and Allowances for Contractual Employees of Tamkang University." The ratio of basic salaries for men and women in the same position is 1:1, with no gender pay gap.

    The university continuously announces gender-related personnel statistics in the school statistics section of the official website, so as to measure and track the gender equality of the pay grades. According to the statistics in 2021, there are 102 full-time teachers serving as supervisors at or above the second level, 76 and 26 male and female supervisors respectively; 34 full-time employees serve as supervisors at or above the second level, and the number of male and female supervisors is 13 and 21 respectively. It shows that the school attaches great importance to gender equality in career development opportunities and guarantees gender pay equality.
