    The school provides good employment opportunities and a working environment and is committed to providing long-term and stable job opportunities. Currently, the headcount of project-based contracted personnel of the university (with an employment contract shorter than 24 months) is 28, accounting for only 1.52% of the school's faculty and staff. In other words, the university has about 1,809 long-term faculty and staff, accounting for 98.48% of the school's employees. The school hopes to promote economic growth and provide long-term stable and good jobs to give back to the community.
