4.3.5) Lifelong learning access policy
A policy that ensures that access to these activities is accessible to all, regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability or gender.

1. The university has formulated relevant laws and regulations, offered sex equality courses, educational lectures, micro-learning programs, promoted the substantive equality of gender status, eliminating gender discrimination, and incorporated sex equality advocacy into the seminars of newly hired teachers and the education and training of new employees. Thus, building a strong gender equality education and learning environment.
2. In addition to complying with the "University Law," the university handles related activities and initiates "Tamkang University Student Extracurricular Activities Guidance Regulations," which specifies that "students of this university may participate in clubs and activities on campus according to their interests and needs" to ensure that all people, regardless of race, religion, disability or gender, may participate in club activities and have equal opportunities to receive higher education.
