Ensuring these policies extend to outsourced services and the supply chain

    The university requires that the foods and beverages ordered by the contracted catering manufacturers of the welfare department to be registered on the campus food registration platform promoted by the Ministry of Education. This information shall be provided for inspection by the education authority or the health authority; the university health and counseling committee has a meal supervision team that supervises the manufacturers' food hygiene and food quality regularly.
